CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of the Intensive English Language Program, including: budget preparation, administration, hiring, quality control, supervision, training and evaluation of all professional staff; Short and long-term strategic planning for the program; Supervision of all marketing and recruitment initiatives; and Administration and oversight of the academic program and administrative area.
SUPERVISION: The Program Director will supervise ESL teachers, administrative staff, and student workers. The Program Director will report to the Assistant Vice President of International Education, Division of International Education.
