My sister is currently pregnant and the father is out of the picture because he doesn't want to be in the picture, but I don't see that you are saying that at all. Obviously this pregnancy wasn't planned and now that the relationship is over as well I don't see how you moving in with her family is a good idea, in fact I think that might be the worst idea imaginable.

I think that you should definitely make sure you keep up with her via the phone/skype and even send her little care packages while she is pregnant, as to whether you need to be there to waive your parental rights so the adoption can go forward, you will have to find out, but even that can probably be done out of state. Realize that your ex is dealing with a lot, she is carrying the baby and still has to give birth, so if you can afford it, it might be a nice gesture to offer that you be there for her when she gives birth. If not, again, at the very least call her and send her flowers. It will be painful to say the very least to give the baby up, so do your best, but in the end I agree that you should stay in Utah, but man up and be the support she desperately needs right now-no matter how horrible her hormones are making her.
